Jailed for six months and languishing in HMP Leeds just for turning the recorder on his mobile phone on in a court. Norman, a tireless campaigner against corruption in British courts, was acting out of necessity to uncover the evil they do. This sentence was ‘Establishment Payback’ against a man who has been a continuous thorn in their side.
Think about it — If a Police Officer is caught speeding in the pursuit of a crime would he suffer a penalty for doing so?? Norman Scarth the WWII veteran, whose brave shipmates died in the belief that they were protecting those very rights that Norman Scarth is currently being denied.

It simply cannot be contempt of court to simply record what the court does. How is that copntemptuous?
This is a clear, deliberate abuse of court authority by the judge. The charge of contempt must be clearly defined and strictly rationed to cases of real contempt. Strict guidelines are necessary to control judges behaviour. They are OUR SERVANTS after all, just like all other public officers and they should never be allowed to put themselves above the people.
Change is needed.
